Alexis Ellis

Executive Director

Alexis “Lexie” Ellis is responsible for the overall operation of Pueblo Triple Aim Corporation.  She moved from Wisconsin to Pueblo, Colorado in February of 2017 to take on the position of Regional Health Connector at the Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment.  Prior to relocating to Colorado, she spent 9 years at Oshkosh Corporation, a specialty vehicle manufacturer, in the International Finance Department where she became certified as a Continuous Improvement Facilitator.  She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Marian University in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin.

Eileen Dennis

Community Data Liaison & Facilitator

Eileen collects data and develop methods for collecting data where gaps exist to measure health improvement in Pueblo County. She helps analyze community level outcomes through the Triple Aim lens, measuring health outcomes and health behaviors. She has mastered ClearPoint™ project management system and gladly provides training opportunities to users with a range of content for novice and veteran users. She is a Registered Nurse and was the Chief Nursing Officer at Parkview Medical Center. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Erika Retzlaff

Community Engagement Director

Born and raised in Pueblo, Erika Retzlaff has a strong desire to leave a positive impact on the community that she has grown up in. At Pueblo Triple Aim, Erika works towards building strong relationships with community partners to advance the mission of the organization while leading the Transition of Care work and assisting the Pueblo Fire Department’s Directing Others to Service (DOTS) program. Prior to Pueblo Triple Aim, Erika served as the Advancement Director at Catholic Charities where she oversaw grants management, development, communications, and community partnerships. She’s currently pursuing her Master’s in Healthcare Administration with a specialization in Finance and holds a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University-Pueblo in Athletic Training with minors in Leadership Studies and Business Administration.
